The One

We designed a vibrant student residency that balances comfort, functionality, and community. The project included every detail—from private rooms to dynamic communal spaces such as study areas, a gym, a cinema, and a restaurant. Outdoor amenities like a poolside lounge and landscaped gathering areas encourage social connection, while fully equipped kitchens foster independence and shared experiences. The result is a contemporary, inspiring environment tailored to student life.
