Various room configurations in 32, 45, 50 and 62 square meters were conceptualised, configured and styled to hospitality standards. The resultant apartment hotel room layouts have been designed to address both the needs of short and long-term stays.

The designs are based on a number of practical assumptions, such as frequency and type of guests visiting; storage requirements with regard to clothing, food and kitchenware.
